Qualifications

8+ years of experience in supply chain management in electronics manufacturing.
Strong MRP/ERP knowledge and data integrity focus.
Experience with supplier evaluation, benchmarking and cost savings.
Commitment to ethical sourcing and compliant procurement practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and cost targets.
Source and manage local and overseas suppliers for key components.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and supplier agreements.
Lead demand planning, material planning and production scheduling to ensure on‑time material availability.
Oversee ERP/PRD data integrity and timely PO processing across procurement modules.
Coach and mentor a team of supply chain professionals and drive continuous improvement.
