Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage indirect and CAPEX purchasing, review PRs, and drive end-to-end PR-to-PO processes. You will conduct 3-bid/RFx exercises, create POs, and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining SAP-based supplier data and resolving related issues.

The role requires hands-on SAP ERP procurement experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma / degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PR-to-PO processes and supplier management.
• Experience with 3-bid / RFx exercises and supplier negotiations.
• Hands-on SAP ERP procurement experience required.
• SAP Ariba experience highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect and CAPEX purchasing activities
• Review PRs and manage the end-to-end PR-to-PO process
• Conduct 3-bid exercises and RFx activities
• Create POs and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain purchasing and supplier data in SAP
• Resolve invoice, GRIR and purchasing-related issues
• Support supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance
• Handle non-conformance, rejected goods and returns
• Support procurement automation through SAP Ariba and e-catalogues
