Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Singapore to manage indirect and CAPEX purchasing across assigned sites. You will drive PR-to-PO processes, oversee 3-bid RFx exercises, and expedite orders with SAP ERP and SAP Ariba.

You will collaborate with Accounts Payable and suppliers to resolve invoice and GRIR queries, promote e-catalogues, and uphold data integrity while enforcing internal procurement procedures. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in indirect or CAPEX procurement.
• Strong knowledge of PR-to-PO process.
• Experience with 3-bid exercises and RFx activities.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience in procurement.
• SAP Ariba experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-service mindset.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage operational purchasing for indirect goods/services and CAPEX.
• Review PRs and ensure proper procurement & approval processes.
• Lead competitive bidding, 3-bid processes and RFx.
• Create and manage POs, obtain supplier confirmations and expedite orders.
• Maintain purchasing data in SAP.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and suppliers on invoice/GRIR queries.
• Support low-value contract negotiations and supplier discussions.
• Address supplier-related issues including non-conformance and returns.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalation when needed.
• Promote e-catalogues, SAP Ariba and other approved channels.
• Uphold data integrity and compliance with procurement procedures.
