The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Costing professional to support quotation preparation, cost optimization, supplier management, and profitability within an EMS/manufacturing environment.

You will source and evaluate suppliers, prepare cost breakdowns, negotiate terms, and monitor material costs to drive cost savings. Collaboration with Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales is essential to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within an EMS/manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts, and manufacturing services.
• Knowledge of BOM costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
• Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Responsabilités

• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs) to identify the best pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns to support pricing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and supplier performance records to ensure reliable supply.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning activities according to production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing and purchasing policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales teams to support business objectives.
