Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field required.
• 1–2 years purchasing, procurement admin, or logistics coordination experience preferred; entry-level considered.
• Familiarity with ERP/purchasing systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on confirmations and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to verify goods received and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and PO logs in the ERP system.
• Support RFQ preparation and quotation comparisons.
• Monitor stock levels and flag reorder needs.
• Liaise with finance for invoice/PO reconciliation.
• Assist in handling supplier communications and import/export documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to procurement team.
