Job summary

Singlife is a leading financial services company in Singapore offering innovative solutions for financial wellbeing. We are seeking a procurement professional to manage third-party engagements, support sourcing activities, and drive cost savings while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

You will utilize Oracle Fusion to process procurement workflows, engage stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement within P&O.

Qualifications

4–6 years of procurement or vendor management experience.
Knowledge of regulatory and third-party risk requirements.
Experience with strategic category management.
Strong stakeholder communication across levels.
Ability to work independently with initiative and organization.
Ability to track status and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement and third-party engagements in line with P&O Guidance and governance.
Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, onboarding.
Analyze spending across categories and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Utilize Oracle Fusion to handle procurement processes (punch-out, supplier creation, requisitions, POs, GR).
Partner with stakeholders to align with business needs and governance.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits, committees, and regulatory reviews.
Support continuous improvement within P&O.
Collaborate within a team to achieve departmental objectives.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
