Singapore Post Limited is seeking a Manager, Corporate Technology (Procurement Systems) to lead SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion Procurement platforms. This role acts as the technical authority, coordinating with Procurement/Finance and external AMS vendors to optimise P2P workflows and drive platform roadmaps.

You will govern vendor SLAs, translate business needs into technical specs, and ensure compliant, streamlined procurement processes across the enterprise.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in IT procurement systems with end-to-end SAP Ariba or Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion Procurement administration, configuration and support.
• Strong source-to-settle/P2P knowledge including requisitioning, PO, supplier onboarding and three-way matching.
• Experience in process re-engineering and platform evaluations to streamline workflows.
• AMS vendor governance and SLA/KPI management with CR governance.

Mansioni

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion Procurement platforms.
• Lead end-to-end process streamlining from Requisition to PO and Sourcing.
• Manage platform evaluations, roadmaps and proof-of-concepts for future transitions.
• Govern external AMS vendors and ensure SLA-driven incident resolution and uptime.
• Oversee CR lifecycle and translate business needs into detailed specs.
• Oversee integration and data flow between Ariba, Oracle Fusion ERP and GL.
• Lead regression testing and UAT for cloud releases and production deployments.
• Audit configurations to reduce customisations and enforce standard functionality.
• Partner with Procurement leads on data privacy, SOC compliance and vendor risk.
