Job summary

Singtel, a leading Singapore telco, seeks an Associate Director of Group Procurement Governance, Policies and Operations to set the policy framework for Group Procurement across Singtel and Optus, and to lead the Shared Services team in Singapore.

You will drive policy enforcement, contract risk management, and end-to-end procurement operations including tender administration, contracts lifecycle, and tailspend management, shaping governance for digital-era sourcing.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in procurement and governance.
• Experience driving policy development and enforcement across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define Group Procurement policy framework aligned with Vision & Mission of Group Procurement and lead the Shared Services team in Singapore.
• Oversee tender administration, contracts lifecycle management, and tailspend management to support multiple BU procurement units.
• Drive communications and engagement to elevate procurement customer experience and governance standards.
• Develop talent and coach teams across countries to strengthen procurement capabilities.
