Job summary

Singlife is a leading financial services company in Singapore offering innovative solutions for financial wellbeing. We are seeking a procurement professional to manage third-party engagements, support sourcing activities, and drive cost savings while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

You will utilize Oracle Fusion to process procurement workflows, engage stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement within P&O.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of procurement or vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory and third-party risk requirements.
• Experience with strategic category management.
• Strong stakeholder communication across levels.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and organization.
• Ability to track status and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and third-party engagements in line with P&O Guidance and governance.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, onboarding.
• Analyze spending across categories and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion to handle procurement processes (punch-out, supplier creation, requisitions, POs, GR).
• Partner with stakeholders to align with business needs and governance.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits, committees, and regulatory reviews.
• Support continuous improvement within P&O.
• Collaborate within a team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and third-party engagementsin accordance with P&O Guidance, governance framework and regulatoryrequirements.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities,including RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, supplier screening and onboarding.
• Analyze spending of related categories/keyspending and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements andvalue creation.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion to facilitate procurementprocesses including punch-out catalogue, supplier creation, purchaserequisition, purchase order and goods receipt.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand businessneeds and provide procurement guidance and support, ensure that the businessoperates within the framework and with appropriate governance and oversight.
• Prepare reports, management information, anddocumentation for audits, committees, and regulatory reviews, where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiativeswithin P&O.
• Operate as part of a team to achievedepartmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws andregulations relating to the above functional activities.

Requirements

Experience & Attributes

• 4-6 years of experience in procurement, vendormanagement, or related functions.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory, third-partyrisk management and business requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial strategic options andbest practice category management techniques.
• Ability to communicate well with stakeholdersfrom diverse backgrounds, from senior management to junior colleagues acrossthe Company.
• Ability to think critically and workindependently, and strong use of personal initiative and organizational skills.
• Ability to track and follow-up on status ofupdates and work closely with relevant stakeholders.

Education

• Academic: Diploma or Degree.
• Relevant business qualifications are desirable.CIPS or other procurement certifications would be advantageous.
