Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd is sourcing a detail-minded Procurement Support professional for a world-leading US semiconductor client in Singapore. The role is a 12-month contract located in Woodlands with regular office hours.

The successful candidate will support daily procurement operations, assist in resolving invoice discrepancies, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and help prepare reports, dashboards, SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in procurement, supply chain, operations, shared services or business support.
• Experience with SAP, Goods Receipt (GR) processing or procurement systems preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement operations including Goods Receipt (GR) processing in SAP.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and follow up on compliance matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, SOPs and training materials.
• Support process improvement and automation projects to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on procurement activities.
