Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to source and develop alternative suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely responses for internal customers. The role requires at least 6 years of experience in a multinational electronics company and knowledge of SAP.

Located in Joo Koon, company transport is provided. The successful candidate will resolve supply issues, coordinate specification changes, and prepare summary

• Degree in Technical Field with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a multinational electronics company.
• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply risks and ensure timely responses to internal customers' requests.
• Negotiate pricing, quotations, and contract terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Process daily purchase orders, follow up on order confirmations and amendments, and coordinate specification changes with internal customers.
• Resolve supply issues, including damaged goods, shipment delays, and payment verification, while preparing summary reports and handling ad hoc tasks.
