Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a Contract Data & Migration Specialist to support a large-scale CLM implementation and migration. Located at Pasir Panjang, this 6-month contract requires meticulous data handling and contract data extraction from multiple sources.

You will collect active contracts, define migration templates, validate metadata, perform cleansing, and coordinate with Procurement and Legal to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Contract Administration or related fields.
• Experience reviewing commercial contracts and extracting key data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management activities.

Responsibilities

• Collect active contracts and supporting documentation from stakeholders.
• Review agreements and extract key data into migration templates.
• Capture and validate contract metadata (supplier, entities, owners, dates, values).
• Identify missing information and liaise with stakeholders for clarification.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Track contracts through migration stages and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and project teams to resolve data issues.
• Escalate matters requiring interpretation or legal review.
• Provide updates on migration progress and data quality.

• We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Data & Migration Specialist to support a large-scale Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation and migration project.

The Talent

• 3-5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Procurement Operations, Legal Operations, Contract Management, Data Migration, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing commercial contracts and identifying key contractual information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management activities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

The Job

• Collect active contracts and supporting documentation from stakeholders and internal repositories.
• Review commercial agreements and extract key contract data into predefined migration templates.
• Capture and validate contract metadata, including:
  • Supplier information
  • Contracting entities
  • Contract owners
  • Effective and expiry dates
  • Contract values and currencies
  • Other required contractual attributes
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and liaise with relevant stakeholders for clarification.
• Conduct data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.
• Track and manage contracts through various stages of the migration process.
• Maintain organised electronic contract records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and project teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Escalate contractual matters requiring interpretation or legal review to the appropriate stakeholders.
