PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a SAP Migration Support Executive to join a global SAP transformation project in Singapore. The role involves data cleansing, validation, and governance across master data, with a focus on procurement, supplier, and inventory records.

The contract runs for six months, with a competitive completion bonus. Ideal candidates have at least two years of SAP or ERP experience, a Diploma or Degree, and flexibility to support after-hours calls across time

Qualificações

• Min 2 years of experience in SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience handling master data, supplier records, purchasing data, inventory, or material master data is preferred.
• Diploma or Degree.
• Flexible to support occasional after-hours calls with colleagues across different time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Review, cleanse, and validate master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Validate procurement, supplier, purchasing, material, inventory, and planning master data.
• Identify duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records and coordinate corrections with business stakeholders.
• Support data standardization and governance activities to improve overall data quality.
• Assist with data collection, verification, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities.
• Support migration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating migrated data and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain data tracking logs, issue registers, and validation records.
• Work closely with project teams and business users to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare migration reports, documentation, and status updates.
