Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across facilities management, food services, data centres, manufacturing, and related industries.

You will build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, drive cost optimisation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support planning and new initiatives, while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement within facilities management, food services, data centres, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial acumen with experience driving cost optimisation and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning, new business initiatives, and operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across quality, service, and cost.
• Support inventory planning and supply continuity while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyse procurement trends, market pricing, and supplier performance to drive cost optimisation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a Procurement Executive while supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
