Job summary

LS 2 SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager/Executive in Singapore to drive operational excellence and transform procurement through technology and innovation.

You will manage sourcing, negotiation, supplier relationships and strategic equipment procurement in a fast-paced environment, while championing digitalisation, cost optimisation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience (manager role requires more).
• Exposure to equipment sourcing, automation, or technology procurement is highly advantageous.
• Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with procurement systems/ERP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection.
• Identify, evaluate, and source advanced equipment, automation solutions, and smart technologies to enhance productivity and reduce reliance on manual labour.
• Support initiatives to address challenges of an ageing workforce through mechanisation and digitalisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency and make the workplace more attractive to younger talent.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including equipment suppliers and technology providers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Drive cost optimisation while balancing quality, sustainability, and innovation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on purchasing trends, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Support tender submissions and contract management.
