Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior procurement leader to oversee Singapore and Malaysia operations, driving supplier strategy, negotiations, and performance.

You will coach a regional team, manage 50–100 suppliers across multiple countries, and deliver cost savings while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to support NPI and supplier qualification, and lead commercial negotiations to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Min 5 years of procurement /supply chain experience in engineer-to-order manufacturing, OEM or aerospace environment.
• Experience managing ~USD100M in direct spend with a proven track record of ~5% cost savings.
• Managed 50–100 suppliers across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement organization for Singapore and Malaysia operations, coaching and escalating when needed.
• Drive KPI performance: OTD, delinquency, push/pull/cancel actions, late release, PPV.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, select suppliers, consolidate, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead regional sourcing with accountability for decisions, targets, and alignment with global plans.
• Build strong supplier relationships to meet cost, quality, delivery and risk goals.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve quality, fulfillment, productivity and cost objectives.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, services, and supplies for manufacturing and operations.
• Analyze market conditions, cost drivers, supplier capabilities, and pricing trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations on supplier qualification and NPI.
• Prepare and review bid packages; coach team on sourcing strategies and supplier engagement.
• Support cross-functional initiatives aligned with supply chain and operational excellence.
• Other related duties and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement organization for Singapore and Malaysia operations, providing coaching, direction, and escalation support to ensure effective execution and team development.
• Drive procurement KPI performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), delinquency, push/pull/cancel actions, late release, and purchase price variance (PPV), aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver competitive advantage, including supplier selection, development, consolidation, and implementation of strategic supplier initiatives.
• Lead Global Purchase Family or Regional Commodity sourcing activities, with full accountability for sourcing decisions, material deflation targets, and alignment with global and regional strategies.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure performance expectations are met across cost, quality, delivery, and risk; lead corrective action and supplier improvement initiatives as required.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve quality, fulfillment, productivity, and cost objectives while managing contractual and commercial risk.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, services, and supplies necessary to support manufacturing and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Analyze market conditions, cost drivers, supplier capabilities, and pricing trends to inform sourcing decisions and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to support supplier qualification, NPI activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review bid packages, and coach procurement team members on sourcing strategies, negotiations, and supplier engagement as needed.
• Support cross-functional and business initiatives as assigned, including special projects aligned with supply chain and operational excellence goals.
• Other related duties and projects as assigned.
