Oversee issuance and approval of Purchase Orders (PO), Letters of Acceptance, and Agreements to suppliers and vendors, including follow‑up and expediting to ensure goods/services are received in good condition and meet all required specifications.

Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, perform supplier assessments, administer pre‑qualification processes, and develop new suppliers-particularly from low‑cost countries/regions-to support cost‑reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
