Job summary

UES Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement-focused professional in Singapore to manage records and documentation while collaborating with project teams on RFP invitations and purchase requisitions.

The role supports day-to-day procurement tasks and partners with Project Leads to monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in engineering, science, or construction management, with at least two years of related procurement

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Construction Management.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in water/wastewater or waste-to-energy.
• Knowledge of purchasing and contractual administration for EPC works.
• Proficient in English with strong communication; MS Office skills.

• Maintain procurement records and documentation.

• Maintain procurement records and documentation.


• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.


• Collaborate with procurement team in day-to-day procurement operation.


• Collaborate with Project Leads in project budget monitoring.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Science, Construction Management


• Min 2 years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater or waste to energy industries


• Good knowledge and experience in procurement role in the past covers purchasing and associated contractual administration works.


• Positive thinking and with supportive atmosphere amongst the procurement team


• Preferably with those with good knowledge of mechanical works cover fabrication and piping works


• Conversant of purchasing exercise and familiar with associated contractual terms and conditions for Procurement Works related to EPC Works.


• Experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.


• Good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he/she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
