Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for a procurement/operations assistant to support purchasing, order processing and logistics for crew provisions at our Penjuru Lane facility in Singapore.

You will issue purchase orders, handle receipts and invoicing, monitor vessel schedules, assist with complaints, and prepare shipping documents, with transport provided by the company. This role requires diligence and coordination across several departments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Print receipts and checklists and hand them to the relevant department.
• Monitor the vessel schedules to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and delivered on time.
• Assist the sales team in handling complaints.
• Collect signed receipts and prepare documents to issue invoices for accounts.
• Procure provisions and bonded stores for crew members.
• Handle customs clearance of spare parts and prepare shipping documents.
• Assist colleagues with other daily tasks.
