Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated purchasing professional in Singapore to manage supplier purchase orders, confirm orders with customers, and coordinate receipts and documents with the appropriate departments.

You will oversee provisioning for crew stores, handle customs clearance of spare parts, and prepare shipping documents while assisting colleagues with daily tasks. Ho Ming Jie (Edmund) Reg No: R1987094.

Responsibilities

• After receiving the customer’s order, issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm the order with the customer.
• Print the receipt & checklist and hand them to the relevant department to arrange.
• Monitor the vessel’s schedule to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and deliver on time.
• Assist the sales team in handling complaints.
• Collect signed receipts from relevant departments, and prepare documents to issue invoice for account dept.
• Responsible for purchasing provision/bonded stores for crew members.
• Responsible for customs clearance of spares parts and prepare shipping documents.
• Assist colleagues with other daily work.
