Pacific Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including PO creation, tracking, goods receipt, and invoicing. You will ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports while supporting strong vendor relationships and smooth cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or related field.
• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Team player yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and continuous process improvement mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process purchase orders to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform goods receipt for hardware and software, ensuring quantities and specs match PO.
• Process delivery orders and issue invoices to customers accurately and timely.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Update and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices in the internal system.
• Prepare periodic purchasing and sales reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with vendors and customers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
