Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in supply chain, procurement or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
• Singaporean only or Singaporean preference.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day purchasing activities based on business and inventory requirements.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and quotations.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product availability, order status and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements based on demand and forecasts.
• Handle admin duties and reporting as required.
