Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a data-minded role to develop a central commercial data platform. You will accumulate supplier quotations from awarded projects to build a reliable pricing track record for future tenders.

The role emphasizes maintaining pricing databases, liaising with suppliers, preparing quotations, and supporting tender work with advanced Excel and AI tooling. On-site in Boon Lay with salary up to SGD 4,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Good Excel and data management skills.
• Able to compare prices and communicate with suppliers.
• Experience in tender, costing or procurement is an advantage.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing, product and quotation databases.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for prices, products and specifications.
• Prepare and compare quotations for tenders and costing.
• Support tender preparation, pricing analysis and budgetary submissions.
• Use Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist the Key Account Manager with VE proposals, presentations and documentation.
