Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Sales & Tender Support Administrator for a 6-month maternity cover position based in Boon Lay. The role focuses on maintaining a central commercial database, updating supplier pricing and product information to support tenders and costing exercises.

You will liaise with suppliers, prepare quotations, analyze pricing and assist the Key Account Manager with VE proposals and commercial documentation. Strong Excel and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Experience in tender, costing, procurement or commercial support is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing, product and quotation databases.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain prices and product specs.
• Prepare and compare supplier quotations for tenders and costing.
• Support tender preparation, pricing analysis and budget submissions.
• Use Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP to improve data analysis.
• Assist Key Account Manager with VE proposals and commercial docs.
• Ensure accurate, organized commercial data and pricing records.
• Provide general admin support for sales, tender and commercial activities.
