Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking a procurement professional to source materials, equipment, and services for projects across drilling, production, maintenance, and engineering.

You will liaise with internal teams to understand needs, evaluate supplier bids, negotiate terms, ensure HSE compliance, and maintain vendor data. The role requires strong vendor management, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and timely delivery to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Process/Marine Offshore/Logistics or related discipline.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing contracts for equipment, especially topside, is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects, operations, including drilling, production, maintenance, and engineering projects. Liaise with internal teams (engineering, projects, operations) to understand procurement needs and specifications. Evaluate supplier capabilities and conduct technical and commercial evaluations of bids. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records. Track and expedite orders to meet project timelines and minimize downtime. Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation related to the supply chain. Prepare procurement reports and analysis for management review. Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Process/Marine Offshore/Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related discipline. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing contracts for equipment, especially topside, will be an added advantage.
