Seatrium Limited is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations in Singapore. You will manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory control, liaising with project teams, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials.
You will also handle shipping documents for customs, monitor inspections, and maintain records for audits and risk assessments.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing (which includes planning, receiving, storage, and issuing), and inventory management. Liaise with project and operations team, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. Handle end user inquiries related to delivery schedules and logistics issues. Assist to prepare and process shipping documents for customs declarations. Coordinate with project team and quality assurance team for joint inspection of equipment and materials Monitor and follow up on joint inspection punch list clearance. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate regular reports. Regular monitoring to manage inventory stock levels and replenishment. Maintain proper storage conditions for equipment and hazardous materials. Support and maintain documentation for audits and to conduct risk assessments.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5.15pm Friday: 8:00am - 4.30pm
