Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline lead for construction, focusing on delivering quality and timely commissioning.

The role collaborates with the electrical design team to document project requirements and develop a comprehensive work plan for all electrical systems and subsystems. The position involves analyzing electrical drawings, managing hot work, testing, and inspections, and creating well-structured work packages.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or other relevant disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Understand construction schedule and analysis of critical path.
• Experience in managing Vendors and Sub-Contractors.
• Able to handle project independently.
• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided).

Aufgaben

• Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction for quality and timely commissioning.
• Work with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plan.
• Study electrical drawings such as cable ladder, cable tray, penetrations, system layouts, single line, interconnection drawings.
• Involve in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, megger test and ATEX inspection.
• Create work packages by area or subsystem.
• Plan resources, manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling.
• Direct and assign jobs to subordinates; prepare work conditions.
• Monitor progress to meet the P6 schedule.
• Apply PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) for all activities.
• Report daily progress to EPCC.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering.

Job Description

• Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to make certain product quality and well- timed deliver to commissioning


• Works closely with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plan for electrical system and sub-systems construction, testing and commissioning


• Studies electrical drawing related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout drawing, single line drawing and interconnection drawing


• Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test and Atex inspection


• Creates work package by area or by subsystem


• Plans resources manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling


• Gives direction and assigns job to subordinates for job execution


• Prepares the work condition for subordinate to work eg. Materials, facilities etc


• Monitors progress in meeting the P6 schedule


• Applies Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology for all work activities


• Reports the daily work progress to EPCC


• Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering
