Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT procurement professional to identify and select vendors for software, IoT, and digital solutions. You will negotiate terms, manage RFQs/RFPs, and handle contract management to drive cost savings and value.
You will liaise with IT teams and vendors to ensure technical compatibility, track orders, and maintain accurate records while supporting governance and compliance across the procurement lifecycle.
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for software, IoT, networking, and digital solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and value. Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract management. Conduct sourcing activities, obtain competitive quotes, and evaluate supplier proposals. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with internal policies and approval matrices. Support contract and price negotiations to achieve cost savings and value improvements. Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, lead times, and supplier data within systems.
