Job summary

Seatrium Limited seeks a team lead for its electrification team, driving industrial electrification, sustainability, and digital services for clients.

The role covers business development, marketing, and end-to-end project execution with strong emphasis on P&L and commercial success. You will coordinate across engineering, planning, and production, delivering measurable outcomes for a diverse set of offshore energy projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in marine/electrical/mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Proven track record of eight years' experience in offshore/marine energy business with at least 3 years in managerial positions.
• Strong domain knowledge in offshore/marine energy business.
• Experience with sustainability concepts, carbon markets and green technologies.
• Experience working on tender submissions and proposals, preferably with marketing or business development teams.
• Ability to translate strategic directions into actionable projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrification team functions and shape industrial electrification, sustainability and digital services.
• Drive business development: advertising, client acquisition, market events and solution pitching.
• Oversee project execution: manage schedules, define scopes, coordinate with customers and engineering teams.
• Own P&L and commercial aspects for projects including procurement processes.
• Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to realize business outcomes.
• Support leadership in team development and cohesion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serves as team lead for the electrification team functions.

Key job duties as follow:

• Overall business: shaping up of industrial electrification, sustainability and digital services specifically to fulfill new and install based client changing business requirement to achieve sustainability goal
• Business marketing: Leading in advertising, customer acquisition, marketing and major industry events Including early market commercialization, solution pitching, as well as in the identification and evaluation of new market potential and business opportunities.
• Business execution: Project managed the acquired customer, with structured schedule plan and customer activities. Leading in coordinate and define full work scopes deployment and implementation with customer, engineers, planning and production operations to ensure seamless touch point.
• Business P&L and Commercial: Overall responsibility for the business target. Commercial project costing and profitability of the overall offering including project specific procurement process.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with strategic multi stack holder (Industria/Class Society/Partner/IHL/RI) to materialize the full business vision into outcome
• Team Management: Support leadership in shaping up team bonding activities, review to build strong and united team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in marine/electrical/mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Proven track record of eight years' experience in offshore/marine energy business with at least 3 years in managerial positions.
• Strong domain core knowledge in offshore/marine energy business.
• Possess training in sustainability domain with Solid knowledge of carbon markets, climate policies and emerging green technologies.
• Experience working on tender submissions and proposals, preferably in collaboration with marketing or business development teams.
• Possess both technical and business knowhow to drive developmental projects.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Versatile and adaptable - able to toggle between and bridge management-level directions and operational needs.
• Able to operate with minimal supervision in relevant areas of expertise.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
