Job summary

Everllence in Singapore seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities for workshop operations, marine services, and related logistics. You will source suppliers, evaluate RFQs, negotiate terms and issue purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of procurement experience, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Experience in marine, offshore, shipyard, engineering or technical service industries would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, and contract management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, supported by analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
  • Procure materials, equipment and services for workshop ops, engine servicing, subcontracted work, logistics and operations.
  • Monitor order progress and resolve delivery, quality and commercial issues with suppliers.
  • Source, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and performance.
  • Support supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance and supplier performance reviews.
  • Work with Sales, Technical Service, Workshop, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely procurement support.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, approvals and governance.
  • Maintain procurement records in the ERP system and keep documentation audit-ready.
  • Support procurement reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
