Job summary

EVERLLENCE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, PO issuance and delivery follow-up for workshop operations and marine services.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, Workshop, Warehouse and Finance, maintain ERP records, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes. Candidates should have 2–4 years in procurement, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and negotiation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Maritime Studies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Procure materials, equipment and services supporting workshop operations and logistics.
• Monitor order progress and resolve delivery, quality and commercial issues with suppliers.
• Source, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and performance.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance and supplier performance reviews.
• Work with Sales, Technical Service, Workshop, Warehouse and Finance for timely procurement support.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, approvals and governance.
• Maintain procurement records in the ERP system and ensure audit readiness.
• Support procurement reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure materials, equipment and services supporting workshop operations, engine servicing, subcontracted work, logistics and operational requirements.
• Monitor order progress and resolve delivery, quality and commercial issues with suppliers.
• Source, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and commercial performance.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance and supplier performance reviews.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical Service, Workshop, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely procurement support.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval requirements and procurement governance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records within the ERP system and ensure documentation is audit ready.
• Support procurement reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipyard, engineering or technical service industries would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of sourcing, RFQs, purchase order, and contract management.
• Strong commercial acumen, supported by excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
