TECHLEAD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, PO issuance and delivery follow-up, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, vendor management or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in Engineering, Construction, M& E, Manufacturing or Semiconductor industries will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and purchasing processes.
  • Experience in vendor management, inventory planning and stock control is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, purchasing, order placement and delivery follow-up.
  • Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery and service.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor database.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements with suppliers.
  • Resolve supplier issues relating to quality, delivery, invoices and orders.
  • Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment based on project requirements.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse team to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Support stock takes, inventory reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
  • Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
  • Support import/export and shipping documentation where required.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, Warehouse, Finance and Sales teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information and purchasing documentation.
  • Support cost-reduction and procurement process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Company procurement procedures, policies, ISO requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management.

As our Singapore operations continue to expand, we are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team and support our growing engineering and project operations.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast paced environment.
