Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in buoyant Buona Vista is seeking a procurement-focused professional to source materials, manage stock levels and coordinate orders.

You will monitor expiry dates, liaise with suppliers, and oversee goods receipt and shipment processes to support daily operations and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, packaging supplies and non-standard products based on operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiry dates, ensuring timely replenishment and purchase requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
• Verify incoming goods against documentation and promptly resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory parameters, including Lead Time and Re-order Point (ROP), within the CISPRO system.
• Maintain timely activity and procurement records through SharePoint and relevant reporting systems.
• Monitor and document supply-related issues, escalating discrepancies and concerns where necessary.
• Initiate the Goods Received (GR) process upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders across all levels.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment requests between customers, forwarders and courier partners.
• Ensure proper control and security of goods throughout dock and warehouse operations.
• Support the achievement of assigned financial, operational and productivity targets.

Job scope
