Job summary
Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Logistics Trade Coordinator (Purchasing/Procurement) based in the West. The role supports purchasing, procurement and sales document processing, including email/fax/print activities and coordination with trading staff.
The position starts ASAP for a 1-year contract with a strong renewal possibility. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate half-Saturday; suitable candidates will be contacted within 1–3 working days.
Qualifications
- Education in Logistics/Supply Chain/Marine Engineering/Maritime will be advantageous.
- No experience required.
- Interest in Purchasing and Procurement welcomed to apply.

- Assist in Purchases/Procurement and sales documents filing.
- Email/Fax/Print of purchases and sales documents.
- Prepare documents for billing and coordinate with trading staffs.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Salary: From $2500 Up to $3500 (Depending on Experience)
Location: West
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours. Alternate Half Saturday
ASAP - 1 year (Highly renewable)

- Candidates with relevant education in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Marine Engineering/ Maritime will be advantageous
