Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented vendor compliance administrator in Singapore to manage Coupa‑based processes.

You will run compliance checks on new vendors, activate them in Coupa, and ensure profiles include registration, banking and tax details. The role involves setting up Coupa sourcing events, approving low‑value POs against policy, maintaining contract records, issuing the active contract list, and flagging expiries.

Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa or procurement systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with compliance and vendor records.

Responsibilities

• Run compliance checks on new vendors and activate them in Coupa.
• Keep vendor profiles accurate, including registration, banking and tax details.
• Set up Coupa sourcing events and approve low-value purchase requisitions against policy.
• Upload and maintain contract records, issue the active contract list, and flag upcoming expiries.
• Manually create invoices in Coupa for non-digital vendors, matched to active POs.
• Review the vendor base quarterly to deactivate redundant, inactive or one-time vendors.
