Responsibilities

• Support purchasing of equipment, materials, and services.
• Prepare and issue PRs and POs.
• Obtain quotations and compare pricing.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships.
• Research and source new suppliers and products.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems.
• Prepare procurement-related documents and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
