Process Transformation Lead - Sales & Planning (S&OP)

Job summary

YSQ International is seeking a Transformation Lead in Singapore to drive end-to-end process improvements across sales, planning, and digitalization. You will review current-state processes, build roadmaps, and translate designs into requirements for system projects.

You will partner with IT through build, testing, go-live, and UAT, and define Power BI reporting needs for sales and planning. Multi-entity experience and ERP knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process improvement, transformation, or digitalization.
• Experience in sales, sales operations, or planning (sales planning and manufacturing planning) is strongly preferred, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, production planning (MPS/MRP), and order-to-cash.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
• Multi-entity, multi-country experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives from current-state review to implementation.
• Maintain transformation roadmap and report progress to management.
• Design processes that can be reused across entities.
• Redesign order-to-cash, sales operations, and sales reporting processes.
• Design one integrated planning process (S&OP), from sales planning to manufacturing planning.
• Define planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and service level.
• Convert process designs into business requirements for Internal Developed Software.
• Work with IT through build, testing, and go-live, and lead user acceptance testing.
• Define Power BI reporting requirements for sales and planning.
• Lead rollout, training, and communication for new processes and tools.
