Job summary

BD Singapore seeks an experienced EHS professional to coordinate the 14 PSM elements across PT and TS at the Tuas Plant. You will drive risk-based improvements, maintain compliance, and lead safety initiatives with operations and engineering teams.

You will oversee HAZOP/LOPA studies, emergency planning, fire safety, security controls, and audits while mentoring colleagues in safe operating practices and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or Safety Engineering; related technical discipline preferred.
• WSHO certification with MOM active practising status; SCDF FSM certification.
• Experience leading PSM elements and safety-case programs.
• Security management experience including guarding, access control and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and management of all 14 PSM elements with PT/TS stakeholders.
• Lead HAZOP and LOPA studies; manage MOC, PSSR, PSI and operating procedure reviews.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring, emergency drills, fire safety, and security duties.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, deviations; document root causes and corrective actions.
