Job summary

Prudential Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Transformation Specialist to lead policy servicing transformation initiatives. You will partner with operations, product, technology and vendors to deliver digitisation and process improvements across the servicing lifecycle.

You will own business requirements, support implementation, ensure operational readiness and drive continuous improvement for customer experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Transformation Specialist in life insurance.
• Experience with policy servicing operations and administration processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for policy servicing initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery and coordinate UAT and readiness activities.
• Partner operations, product, technology and vendors to deliver enhancements.
