Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a proactive System Analyst to translate business needs into effective digital solutions, and to liaise between business process owners and technical product teams. You will drive continuous improvements to processes and user experience, guiding end-to-end delivery and change management.

You will handle requirements, UAT, dashboard development and governance alignment, ensuring solutions meet business needs and security policies with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, UX/UI, business or related field.
• At least 5 years in systems analysis, business analysis, or project delivery.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methods, and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and improve processes with digital solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories and system requirements for teams.
• Collaborate with process owners, tech teams and vendors to design and implement solutions.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to align objectives, design and implementation plans.
• Conduct business process analysis and feasibility studies for digital transformation.
• Define and drive long-term product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and projects from planning to post-implementation support.
• Coordinate UAT, develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Prepare management updates, documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Analyze system performance and feedback to identify enhancements and dashboards.
