Job description
  • Salary Range: Basic Up to $4000 + $100 Attendance Allowances + Shift Allowances

  • Established Chemical Treatment industry

  • Working Location: Tuas

  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday: 7am – 3pm/ 3pm – 11pm/ 11pm – 7am

    Saturday: 7am – 11am/ 3pm – 7pm/ 11pm – 3am

Your Role, Your Influence:
  • Monitor plant performance and ensure minimum downtime.
  • Plan and schedule manpower weekly or monthly duty roster.
  • Lead root cause analysis by identifying recurring issues, troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support plant improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors and negotiate for cost efficient services.
  • Ensure Plant operations comply with existing safety regulations through regular inspections, risk assessments and permit-to-work management.
  • Ensure plant comply with ISO standard and internal or external audit.
  • Support plant maintenance and testing activities.
  • Support Inventory management
