Qualifications

• Background in chemistry or related chemical experience.
• Comfortable working in a chemical lab with required PPE, blending lab work, research and engineering, with occasional off-hours support during critical campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to document technical work.

Responsibilities

• Design lab experiments and scale up chemical or biocatalytic manufacturing processes to be reproducible and robust at commercial scale.
• Act as the site focal point to coordinate end-to-end tech transfers from HQ researchers to internal production, QA, and analytical teams.
• Troubleshoot plant issues using root-cause analysis and lead technical risk assessments to maintain stable manufacturing campaigns.
• Optimize existing processes and implement corrective and preventive actions backed by data and evidence.
• Ensure all process changes and documentation align with GMP standards and regulatory expectations.
