Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a Process Engineer to lead technology transfer, scale-up and manufacturing excellence in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or biotech. You will drive process development, equipment qualification, and capital projects, collaborating with Quality, R&D, Automation and Manufacturing teams.

The role offers broad technical exposure, opportunities to introduce new processes and technologies, and a pathway to deliver robust, compliant manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Development.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for capital projects and technology development.
• Support technology transfer, scale-up, and implementation of new processes.
• Plan tests, studies, and evaluations for new processes and transfers.
• Establish CPPs and KPIs to support validation and process control.
• Provide SME support for processes, equipment, and change controls.
• Develop process concepts, PFDs, and project scopes.
