Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience covering Singapore-based financial institutions with understanding of banking products.
• Familiarity with industry tools to drive client agendas (Dealogic, Coalition, rating data, etc.).
• Strong teamwork, ownership, commercial sense, influencing skills, and ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure, multi-task across geographies/time zones.
• Risk and control mindset within a private side Commercial & Investment Banking framework.
• High standards of personal integrity and commercial judgment.
• Excellent communication to interact with senior professionals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers to build and develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Provide coverage, sales and marketing support for in-scope banking products and ensure seamless execution of transactions from pitch to close.
• Coordinate Know Your Client (KYC) processes with onboarding teams and product partners for renewals, remediation and onboarding.
• Conduct client analysis and research to identify business needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Assist with industry research and stay updated on clients, competitors, and macro/regulatory environment.
• Support onboarding of new clients and development of forward-looking account plans.
• Assist with balance sheet approval processes and develop submissions with risk/return modelling.
• Coordinate across lines of business to deliver best-in-class services to clients.
