What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the face of Jet Aviation on board, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, operations, and service. Whether we’re flying principals or their guests, your attention to detail and calm, capable presence will define their experience from start to finish.

You will work closely with our pilots to support safe and efficient flight operations, ensuring every procedure is followed without compromise. Your day-to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Handling all pre‑flight preparations
• Delivering a polished in‑flight catering service
• Managing post‑flight duties to keep the cabin immaculate and guest‑ready at all times
• Completing operational documentation accurately and keeping your travel and work documents current
• Performing additional tasks as requested by the Pilot‑in‑Command or passengers, with flexibility and willingness

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who already understands the rhythm of premium service at altitude. While not mandatory, experience in First or Business class on international carriers is highly preferred. Any background in private or corporate aviation will give you a clear advantage. You must hold a valid passport with at least one year of remaining validity.

Beyond that, we need someone who is genuinely flexible and adaptable—someone comfortable working long hours and traveling extensively, often on short notice. In private aviation, no two days look the same, and your ability to roll with changing plans while keeping a smile on your face is essential.
