You may assist passengers with special needs or provide service in premier lounges, and handle basic computerized transactions. Strong English plus a second language and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
• Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Check-in passengers and greet arrivals to ensure a smooth departure process
• Assist passengers with special needs and provide service in premier lounges at Changi Airport
• Handle buffet table presentations and meet/greet services at the reception area
• Perform basic computerized transactions as part of guest services
