Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Principal Engineer for OCT FE PEE Wet Process to lead yield and process optimization across Wet Process modules (SWC, Bench, Scrub, Backside, Bevel).

You will drive CIP development, tool startup criteria, and collaboration with global sites to improve quality, cost, and reliability. The role requires a strong background in semiconductor wet processing, equipment management, and AI-enabled inspection or analytics to enhance yield and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor equipment and process management in Wet Process.
• Proven track record in maturing tool performance and establishing process parameters.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and lead productivity, yield, quality, cost improvement engagement with global sites and network team via process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross functional team for defects reduction and particle removal efficiency enhancements.
• Develop roadmap for process and hardware CIP implementation and establish tool start-up acceptance criteria.
