Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE and engineering statistical data analysis is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Set up process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Coordinate and execute process/equipment/material evaluations and new process qualifications.
• Handle internal & customer audits and liaise with material suppliers to optimize yield, quality, cost and risk.
