Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an Engineer to diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues in a semiconductor manufacturing environment in Singapore.

The role includes leading equipment qualification for new technologies and supporting continuous yield improvements and cost reductions. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, manage supplier quality, support audits, and apply AI-driven insights to daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with SPC/DOE/RCA and data analysis is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Identify, diagnose and resolve process and equipment related problems (manufacturing).
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step.
• Lead/Support New Equipment Qualification for new technology development and ramp.
• Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC and audits.
• Integrate AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
