As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations. This highly impactful, global-facing role involves fostering a continuous improvement culture, deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives worldwide.

What You Will Do:

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction.
• Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards.
• Develop and standardize best practices, maintenance methods, and SOPs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and project execution.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
